Massage is a wonderful addition to yoga and it helps you to release old layers of stress and tension, while balancing the hormonal system and awakening the prana.

Maija has attended the following courses:


• tantric-ayurvedic bodywork at Soul Institute in Vught, NL, 2015
• ayurvedic massage at Anand in Zaandam, NL, 2016
• traditional walking massage, Shri Kali Ashram, India, 2018


At most of her retreats, Maija offers ayurvedic and intuitive massages, making use of natural oils. The traditional Indian walking massage is practiced on a mattress on the floor, wearing comfortable clothes. The walking massage is also offered as workshop.
